On November 2nd, 2009 Dr. Sinatra conducted a free Life-Changing Seminar on Health and Nutrition. Hosted by the Second Baptist Church in North Stonington, CT and open to the general public, the Life Changing Seminar attracted several hundred attendees. Starting with a message about the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself, Dr. SInatra discussed health topics spanning the prevention and nutritional treatment of heart disease and cancer, boosting the heart’s energy, mind-body healing, and energy medicine modalities such as grounding. He also covered such subjects as reducing blood pressure and reliance on medication, supporting the immune system, and recapturing quality of life as well as extending survival via lifestyle modification. After his talk, Dr. Sinatra addressed all questions submitted by audience members through a written Q & A session.
