It is well known that the best treatment for wireless radiation exposure is education and avoidance. Sometimes, however, we can not completely avoid wireless technologies, so a simple at home treatment for exposure is the epsom salt bath. If you think you've been exposed to radiation driving on the highway passing cell phone tower after cell phone tower, spending time in the city (where wireless radiation is everywhere), or talking on your cell phone for an extended period of time, try taking an epsom salt bath to detox your body. Add at least 2 cups (upwards of 8 cups) of epsom salts to a hot bath, and relax as long as you like. If a bath is not available, a foot soak works well too.

Wow... very interesting - would a dip in the ocean do the same thing?

That's a great question! I think a dip in the ocean is a terrific way to ground or earth the body, and people also get to connect with nature in the process. If people are looking for more of the relaxed sensation from a hot bath and an added benefit from the magnesium which is readily absorbed through the skin, I would suggest the epsom salt bath over a dip in the ocean. Otherwise, either method works.

I've heard that magnesium is good for migraines. Would the same epsom salt bath work?

I think it depends on the severity of the migraine :)
Usually people experiencing a migraine feel most comfortable in bed under the covers with the blinds drawn and in complete silence. If the migraine isn't that bad I would recommend a warm foot soak with 2-3 cups of epsom salt, and maybe add some lavender essential oil for the relaxing effect. A warm epsom salt bath may be too relaxing (vasodilating) for some migraine sufferers particularly during the acute attack phase.
