As the HMDI Forum is designed for everyone's use and enjoyment, HMDI asks you to familiarize yourself and act in accordance with these REGULATIONS and GUIDELINES before getting started.
HMDI reserves the right to delete postings that do not comply with these REGULATIONS and GUIDELINES.
 REGULATIONS
Inappropriate posts include, but are not limited to:
1.Discussion of illegal activity and/or threats of violence to oneself or others. This includes illicit drug use or exchange, and threats of physical harm and/or suicide;
2. Discussion of medical marijuana use (unless and until it becomes legalized in all U.S. states);
3. Depreciatory language, images, and/or messages based on race, gender, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation, as well as obscenity and explicit or vulgar language, images, and/or messages. Keep it clean and friendly, folks!
4. Insults, attacks, or other language which belittles, insults, defames or otherwise disrespects another HMDI Forum member or moderator;
5. Messages, language, discussion, images, etc. that would be inappropriate for certain other viewers, i.e. minors, colleagues and superiors, etc;
6. Direct or indirect (via link) promotion, advertising or spamming of products or services, and fundraising. HMDI is not a commercial site; we do not promote e-commerce in our forum, period. We reserve the right to remove links posted to e-commerce sites.
7. Inappropriate links, i.e. those that are irrelevant to HMDI forum topics, or those with content that does not conform to rules 1-6 above;
8. Promotion or advocacy of a particular personal, legal, medical, non-profit, religious, or political cause;
9. Overtly political or religious subject matter. Mention of limited religious or political preferences is, however, appropriate;
10. Provision of professional medical advice and/or representation or professional services.
11. Promotion of, or solicitation for, research studies, clinical trials or surveys;
12. Personal contact information (e.g. your address, phone number, e-mail, etc.) or any other information you do not wish to have made public; please do not request such information from others. Guard your privacy - adjust your privacy settings accordingly!
13. Copyrighted material for which the owner has not given consent to republish;
14. Lengthy articles;
15. Cryptic messages designed to circumvent these regulations and guidelines;
